15 Kenyan diaspora families closed on their homes at Runda Gardens through Azizi, without ever setting foot in the country during the process.
We Know What Worries You
Before we tell you about us, let's name what's actually on your mind.
Fake title deeds and land fraud?
Every title we sell is verified at the Ministry of Lands before you pay a shilling.
Confused about POA, KRA PIN, and paperwork?
We walk you through every document, in plain language, before you need to sign anything.
Can't check on construction or tenants?
We send raw, unedited video updates and handle tenant and maintenance reporting on your behalf.
Every one of these leads to the same place, our verification process. See exactly how it works below.
Invest Back Home With Assured Returns
This isn't a sales promise, it's a repeatable process we run on every diaspora transaction.
Each stage exists specifically to close the gap that distance creates. Nothing moves to the next step until the one before it is fully confirmed.
Why Invest in Kenya
Kenya faces an annual housing deficit of roughly 200,000 units, with demand at around 250,000 units a year against a supply of only about 50,000. That gap isn't closing on its own, it's the single biggest reason property in the right location holds and grows in value.
Nairobi suburban properties are currently returning gross rental yields of around 7.4 percent, with satellite towns at approximately 5.3 percent, some of the strongest yields Kenya has recorded in years.

15 Families. 15 Homes. Runda Gardens, Delivered.
This is not a projection. These are homes that have already changed hands, titles that have already transferred, families who are already living in them.
Project Track Record
In 2025, Azizi delivered 15 four-bedroom, all-ensuite townhouses with DSQ at Runda Gardens, sold at Ksh 40M. All 15 units sold to completion.
Every title transferred, every handover complete. This is what "delivered" actually looks like, not a projection, a finished record.
Why You Should Trust Us
These aren't claims, they're a track record you can verify.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know the title deed is real?
We run an independent Ministry of Lands search on every property, separate from any documents the seller provides, before it's ever listed with us.
Can I buy without traveling to Kenya?
Yes. Every step above, from the initial consultation to handover, can be completed remotely. Fifteen families at Runda Gardens did exactly that.
What's the difference between a Power of Attorney and just paying a family member to handle it?
A Power of Attorney is a legally binding document that gives a named person the authority to act on your behalf in specific, defined transactions, with legal accountability attached. Asking a family member to "handle it" informally carries no such legal protection if something goes wrong.
How do I pay from abroad?
Most diaspora clients pay via international bank transfer directly to Azizi's or the developer's account, in either Kenyan shillings or your home currency depending on the agreement. We'll walk you through the exact transfer details and confirm receipt before any stage of the purchase moves forward.
What if I can't get a KRA PIN yet?
You don't need one before you start the process. Azizi guides you through KRA PIN registration as part of our onboarding, it's a standard step for every diaspora client and typically sorted well before you reach the purchase stage.
